Return Policy

If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service before returning the order. If you return the order without permission, you need to undertake the responsibility. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service. All return items must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and should be sent via trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsilble for the package lost in transit. And you have to pay the return fee, actual shipping charges we afford, 20% restocking fee and a 20% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return product. Do not return to sender. You must contact us to get the return address before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.Please note that, the jackets which need to be custom-made, then we are sorry for that we do not accpet return and exchange.

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Refund normal need about one month arrive to your bank account. Exchange Policy

Please contact us with your name and order ID when you want to exchange different size or color within 3 days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our customer service, they will help you. All exchange products, must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Need pay restocking fee, reshipping fee,Return Fee is the customer's responsibility

Colour differences:The little colour difference can't avoid and may be caused by the shooting light, shooting angles and the display resolution and so on. But it is a normal phenomenon for online shopping so that all the products should be based on the material objects.
