Yes, this is a very good idea, but should come into play when a forum has around 30-40,000 members. It will provide enough of a gulf in between regular members and premium subscribers, and provoke more to subscribe.

I'm all for it; it's been a success at every big forum I've ever been to.

Just a thought, introducing this too early could lead to some problems. Perhaps it's best to build up a some more die-hard posters first.
