Too careless!!!

I can not see why there has to be so many technical mistakes!
So many oil spills and dead wildlife!
So many plane crushes!
So many space shuttle mishaps and so many cleaver people dead!
So much pollution in food, air, water,ground, minds!!! :(
What a shame for "humans" to act like morons ....aaahhh!

i do agree with you, but there is also the second side of the coin, Humans learn though Mistakes and observation, every new era of technology is started by dreams, hurdled by accidents and then overtaken by human brian.........
But it's said that these Mistakes cost lives...., to learn we have to pay heavy price

Because man is an imperfect being that no matter how careful they are, still make mistakes. Unfortunately, some of those mistakes are costly in both lives and resources. And yet, they will happen. It's the nature of the beast. Of course, technology making things far more complicated leads to more things that can possibly go wrong.

Really? Then, how come there are always wars fought around the world throughout the history? Slavery just changed its name to human trafficking; it never ended, and it doesn't seem like it ever will. And these are just a few of examples.
