Here's another incident of someone getting fired over something stupid:

This waitress shaved her head for cancer and fired for raising $2,700 for cancer research :frust:
Another incident a month or two ago was a lady getting fired for giving a baby a free Timbit (for those who don't know what that is, it's a donut in a small ball form).
