"health and safty" killjoys ruin annual fun

Every year, at my school, we have a faom fight after we finish our GCSE's. After years of harmless fun, and no injurys, they've banned it!:mad:

are we wrapping our kids up in cotten wool? it seems so. In some primary schools you aren't evan allowed concor fights without goggles. It's ridiculass!

Health and Safety is an absolute crock. The legislation is frankly stupid, and the fear of legal action forces companies to waste milliions of pounds trying to cover themselves.

I'm not a hard taskmaster, obviously a basic legislation and some common sense is required to make sure people are at the very least informed of any occupational dangers and offered the correct equipment to carry out their jobs safely. But people should be held responsible for their own actions, the blame/claim culture is only making the solicitors and the idiots wealthy. It's punishing industry.
