Hi all.

I attended the Nevada State Republican Convention in support of Ron Paul. We had a majority at the convention and Ron Paul supporters were on their way to sweeping about 80 to 90 percent of the delegate positions before the State GOP Leadership shut down the convention by calling for an indefinite recess without a discussion or a vote. This event has not been getting much coverage in the media.

Given the recent primaries in Pennsylvania, Indiana and North Carolina where 25% of Republicans voted for someone else rather than McCain, and given the shut down of the Nevada State Convention do you think the GOP might revolt against McCain come nomination time in September?

25% isn't a majority, so I would say I highly doubt it.

He isn't going to win, and the republicans wouldn't be stupid enough to fracture on the eve of an election. To do so would be to hand the Democrats the win freely.
