Yahoo Inc.'s board of directors is set to reject an unsolicited $44.6-billion US takeover bid by Microsoft Corp., a media report said on Saturday.
The board of the diversified internet firm believes Microsoft's buyout offer "massively undervalues" the California-based company, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing an unnamed source.

I think that's good news, we don't need anymore M$ than we already have. Most of you may not know this, but if M$ did take over Yahoo most of the Yahoo employees would probably be laid off or forced to learn everything from the start because they would need to know M$'s programming language, ASP. :(
PHP >x2000 ASP :p just my thought, though most of you don't get it.
