Does Stephen Harper want to be like Bush???

I heard that the new prime minister of Canada Stephen Harper is a staunch ally of Georges Bush, and unlike Jean Chretien, Stephen Harper share the same world views than Bush.
Does Canada really want a mini-Bush????

Definitely not. Canada and the US have 2 different systems, and the Canadian system prevents Harper from becoming a "mini-Bush". Harper has almost no powers, he must go through legislature to pass laws and he has no power of veto. Even though I don't like Harper, this prevents him from doing anything drastic.
