I am with Obama right now. As long as either one of them wins, I'll be happy. There is a slight chance, if Obama wins with the help of Edwards to defeat Hilliary, then Obama will pick Edwards as his Vice President.

I also read that John Kerry is with Obama and he's supporting him all the way.

Another thing I read on the newspaper today was, all the African Americans voting Obama. Do you think this will give Obama a big boost? Iowa is a white state and Obama won for the Democrats?

I do hope that Obama does win (Edwards winning is a bit too optimistic, but he'd be a great VP).
However, Obama winning the first few primaries cannot guarantee anything. There are still the most southern states where, correct me if I'm wrong, most people are still quite racist.

I think Obama is a little arrogant but he will be the idea candidate for 2008. I truly believe that he is the candidate that will be able to establish better foreign relations and reform our foreign policy. Hopefully he will strengthen our relations with Russia and China, which is very important in my opinion.

But Obama is pro-war :) he pays lip service to the anti-war crowd, but at the Tim Russert hosted debate, he and Hillary both came out supporting the war. This was after their "secret" meeting with Bush.

Check out Dr. Ron Paul www.ronpaul2008.com the only *real* anti-war candidate in this election cycle, and he just happens to e a Republican.

Ron Paul has NO chance of winning, after he said this:

That is the biggest mistake he's ever made so far.

Cookies: Wow, I never knew he said that.
That is probably going to hurt him in the short term, if anyone actually knows he said that.

Who cares about his religious beliefs? At least he doesn't want to impose his beliefs on others. Hell, Hucklebee thinks the Earth is 5,000 years old! lol

Obama supported the patriot act. This either shows that he is weak, corrupt, or naive.

Whatever the case, he is not going to bring about the sort of meaningful "Change" that is required.

Edit: After noticing that Ron Paul video, I can say with absolute certainty that he won't either.

They say that Obama is ahead in South Carolina, which is surprising as that is about as southern as it gets. Course he was also ahead in New Hampshire. I like Obama, but I do have some concern that he is a bit naive when it comes to the job. But he's not as polarizing as others are and that in itself will help heal this country.

BTW, what did Ron Paul say? Can't watch the video (computer is messed up).

He dismissed evolution entirely. So much for getting support from intelligent and tech-savvy voters.

I think obama is not capable of holding the presidential post now. May be he will be ideal for 2016 elections. I think he should join hillary as her vice president and we can have best of both now and an experienced obama as president in 2016.
