Who's interests are we protecting by agreeing to war?
Why can't wars be prevented?
Don't we know that aggression only creates more aggression?!

I think the only reason the US is invading Iraq is because of history. The two world wars and the Vietnam war all helped the US economy develop and help create the superpower it is today.
However, unlike those other wars, weaponry is much more sophisticated nowadays and this could, and I sure hope won't, lead to a nuclear war. Hopefully it will more or less turn out like the Cuban missile crisis where nothing actually happened

Most of Iraq is about oil. While there are other factors involved...truth is that without oil in that region America would not care. You can use Africa as an example.

I had read an article form an usa general book which he made it after he retired, im sorry i dont remmber his name cause i read log time ago (maybe 10 or 12 years ago), he said in the book that the usa plan is to control the east in order to control the oil and to be the most powerful country and he said the USA is going to invade Iraq, then Iran, then Syria and finally the KSA, and finally he said that USA will fall down in 2020 becuase it will have so many enemies.

Now lets look to what is happining, Iraq has been invaded, usa has problems with Syria and with Iran and always trying to make these country appears to obtain terrorists and/or has a terrorist goverment.
